  • The church was constructed in 1845 - the steeples were added in 1902
  • We decorate the front window on Columbia Street to match the seasons and holidays
  • The Vestry serves as an informal meeting hall, and is where we serve our Sunday Soup Kitchen meals
  • Our full kitchen serves the needs of our congregation, plus our weekly Soup Kitchen ministry
  • The church has a complete library with free lending
  • Our elevator offers access to all three floors
  • The foyer welcomes you to visit with friends on your way to the Sanctuary
  • Striking stained glass windows adorn the Foyer
  • Our sanctuary has been in use since 1854
  • This cross was donated by a church member, and is a reminder of the sacrifice of Christ
  • Looking towards the balcony and the stained glass Cross
  • This beautiful stained glass cross shines brightly in the sunshine, and is lit from inside at night
  • Our church Children's Center was completely rebuilt in 2010, with a Noah's Ark theme, a Mother's Room, lots of sunlight, and easy access to the Sanctuary for parents. It serves children from nursery age through early elementary.
  • The church has one of the largest gyms in downtown Bangor, with a basketball court, volleyball net, and a 20' by 40' Climbing Wall
  • The Climbing Wall is open to the public every Thursday from 6 to 8 PM, free of charge.
  • Parking is available in lots at both ends of Columbia Street, as well as on Cross Street and Columbia Street itself.
