Our Mission
The purpose of this church shall be to excel in equipping, edifying and evangelizing through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Welcome
We are one of Bangor's historic downtown churches committed to ministering the gospel of Jesus Christ in word and deed.
Founded as a downtown mission church in 1845, we stand today at the head of Cross Street as a strong witness to the power of God and His gospel in the lives of ordinary, dedicated Christians.
Our Work
We still carry on the mission established in 1845, to be a witness to those in need in downtown Bangor.

My personal philosophy of ministry is directly related to the purpose of the church as outlined in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:16-20) and the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40). My goal in serving the Lord is to utilize my spiritual gifts to edify and encourage the body of Christ.

Service Times
Sunday: 9:00
Join us for Bible Study at 9:00. (Please note that our morning worship will begin at 9 AM starting May 25, for the summer. Bible Study will start immediately after the service.
Sunday: 10:15
Our Sunday service begins in the Sanctuary at 10:15. All are welcome to join in worship and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Sunday: 12:00 to 1:00 PM
Every Sunday at noon we serve a free Community meal to all who want to join.
Wednesday 6 to 7 PM
Join us for a time of prayer and sharing.
